Section 1: Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Klubhouse.Live, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Section 2: Description of Service

Klubhouse.Live provides a platform for users to create, share, and view live and recorded digital content, including interactive and animated gifts.

Section 3: User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Section 4: User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant Klubhouse.Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, or abusive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or explicit violence

Section 5: Live Streaming

When using live streaming features, you agree to:

• Follow all applicable laws
• Not stream harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent yourself

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate streams at our discretion.

Section 6: Payments and Purchases

If the Service includes paid features:

• All purchases are final unless otherwise stated
• You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information
• We may change pricing at any time

Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to charge-backs or false payment disputes, may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account at our discretion.

Section 7: Termination, Reinstatement and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

• Suspension: A temporary restriction on access.
• Termination: A reversible "account closed" state. It immediately ends your sessions and signs you out. Your account and content are removed from all public areas of the Service (including live listings, trending, search, leaderboards, the public feed, chat, and dating discovery). Records of gifts sent and received are preserved. Upon termination, any pending diamond cashout request is cancelled and your remaining diamond balance is forfeited immediately. This forfeiture is not restored if the account is later reinstated.
• Reinstatement: A terminated account may be reinstated by Klubhouse.Live within a limited window of 30 days. After this window expires, the termination is permanent and the account will not be restored.
• Permanent Deletion: Personally identifying information (such as email address, display name, avatar, biography, and social handles) is erased and personal content is removed. Transaction and financial records are retained in anonymized form to ensure other users' earnings, gift history, and leaderboard standings remain accurate.

Section 8: Data Retention

Account data is kept as long as the account is active. Anonymized transaction records are retained indefinitely for financial and accounting integrity. You may request deletion of your account by contacting the email address provided in the Contact section below.

Section 9: Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Section 10: Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klubhouse.Live shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Section 11: Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Illinois USA.
